Bad Boys – CBD – Lonsdale St [Lunch Crawl]

IMG_0748

Tucked away in a sanctuary from the craziness of the CBD, lie Bad Boys. A low-key burgery that has dozens of CBD warriors queuing and gorging themselves. Located just a short walk from Parliament station, Bad Boys provides a safe haven for burger lovers lusting forΒ  that ‘Bad Boy’ experience. I live dangerously and I expect no less from my burgers.

With Benno to my left and Mr. Brunswick to my right, we’re the trio that Will Smith and Martin Lawrence wished they were.

Mr. Brunswick’s ‘The Beast’

Mr. Brunswick’s order also compelled me to order myself a beast as well (The Beast is a weekly special, so it may not be there when you guys decide to go!). A burger that comprised of a beef patty and a fried chicken breast fillet? Sold .

The fried chicken was crunchy and still oh so moist. The beef didn’t lose in competition and was a flavorful patty that was more bad boy than the rest. Some may be overwhelmed by generous slatherings of Bad Boy BBQ sauce as it falls on the sweeter side.

Benno did note that his onion rings came cold but it may of been a lone batch because our chips arrived fresh and hot. Like myself, Mr. Brunswick loved ‘The Beast’ and Bad Boys is strong in consistency.

Bad boys delivers a solid burger and I have no qualms coming back to try their other weekly specials.
